Based off the more common Uni-Compax collection produced by the firm the Medico-Compax features a two-register chronograph and a rare red pulsometer scale on the outer track of the dial adorned by collectors. To calculate heartrate the wearer simply has to count 15 beats and stop the chronograph to get the equivalent heart rate per minute.
