Description: A truly remarkable and highly attractive Vintage Tudor Submariner 7928 Gilt Chapter Ring Wristwatch. All aspects of this timepiece are original to the watch. This example features a stunning matte black gilt chapter ring dial. We polished the original domed style crystal to see the dial in a clearer picture. Original black bezel insert has transitioned into an evenly coated "ghosty" color. The stainless steel Oyster case is unpolished, bevels are well defined. Oyster bracelet is dated the second quarter of 1964, matching the casebacks and case 1964 production dates- will fit a 7.5" wrist size. Auto-Prince movement has been freshly serviced.
