It has an integral platinum Presidential bracelet, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 36mm diameter case, domed bezel, and screwed down case back are polished/brushed. It has a screwed down Twinlock waterproof crown. The dial is "Glacier" ice blue with applied white gold Roman numeral hour index markers, white gold baton hands, a central sweep seconds hand, and an outer minute/seconds track. It has stop seconds for precise time setting, the instantaneous date aperture is at 3 o'clock, magnified 2.5 times by a Cyclops lens, and there is a day-of-the-week sector at the 12 o'clock position. It's a Certified Official Swiss Chronometer (COSC), and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3155 movement is rhodium plated, with bidirectional self-winding via a perpetual rotor. It's constructed with a monobloc middle case, 31 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a free-sprung monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, and five positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and rapid adjustment of the date and of the day of the week. The oscillator has a patented paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring.
