IWC
The IWC Pilot Timezoner chronograph was introduced at the SIHH in 2016.While
gathering several complications, the watch is incredibly easy to use.
Most notably, the timezone can be adjusted just by turning the bezel. It
automatically moves the hour, 24h display and the date. To prevent the
bezel to be moved accidentally, pressure needs to be applied at the top
and bottom of it before rotating it. The adjustment of the worldtime
indication through the rotating bezel was a system originally developed
by Michael Vogt and Thomas Prescher. The patent was eventually bought by
IWC in 2015, a year before the release of this model.
