With the establishment of the firm in 2002 by Denis Flageollet and David Zanetta De Bethune was up and running in full swing impressing the industry with their futuristic and innovative approach to independent watchmaking. In 2011 the firm released the DB28 and it was immediately a success as it was a wristwatch like no other have ever seen. Being one of the most discussed timepieces during its launch the DB28 was awarded the “Aiguille d’Or” at the GPHG 2011 the highest distinction award from the organization. Extremely well received by collectors the DB28 has become the “signature” piece from the firm.
