Cartier
Cartier has always been at the forefront of introducing some of the most
fascinating timepieces with unusual and creative case designs since the
early 20th century, most notably the Cartier Crash. In modern times,
the firm has continued to impress collectors with their prolific
timepieces including the present timepiece, the Tank Folle.
Introduced
at the Baselworld 2012, the Cartier Tank Folle was released as a
limited edition of 200 pieces. Adopting their traditional ingenuity of
unusual and asymmetrical designs, the Tank Folle certainly stands out as
one of those intricate timepieces featuring an almost “deformed” case
design.
The present example Cartier Tank Folle numbered 47 is
preserved in excellent overall condition and is further accompanied by
the full set of accessories.
