Audemars Piguet
One of the true icons of modern haute horlogerie, the Royal Oak Chronograph was a game-changer since its launch in 1997. To celebrate this remarkable milestone, Audemars Piguet launched the reference 26331 paying tribute to the model’s 20th anniversary. One of the rarest variant amongst this reference is the present titanium and platinum ref. 26331IP produced in a limited edition of 500 pieces only. The design of the new model also upgraded with a reduced size of the small seconds at 6 o’clock, maximizing the canvas for the hour and minute chrono registers. With enhanced legibility in mind, the dial also has wider luminous indexes for optimum readability throughout the day. Encased in a generous 41mm diameter titanium case with the iconic platinum octagon bezel, the powerful aesthetics of the slate grey grand tapisserie dial is paired with an absolutely stunning match of deep blue registers and outer track, and finessed with a finishing touch of the matching slate grey date wheel. Powering this robust chronograph is the calibre 2385 based on the legendary Frederic Piguet calibre 1185, providing up to 40 hours of activities.
